Backup mail and address book

Sometimes you may want to make backups of their mail and contacts, or having to transfer these data from one PC to another.
Here, for the most popular mail programs, some sites that explain clearly how to do (in Italian):

• Ms-Outlook: here and here
• Ms-Outlook Express: here and here and here
• Mail: here, or copy the folder that is located in Home> Library> Mail and then the file Home> Library> Preferences> com.apple.mail.plist
• Mozilla Thunderbird : here and here , or copy the folder C: \\ Documents and Settings \\ [username] \\ Application Data \\ Thunderbird containing messages, contacts, accounts, extensions and themes.
  

To save the profile instead (which is not necessary for the restoration of post) save the files you find in C: \\ Documents and Settings \\ [username] \\ Local Settings \\ Application Data \\ Thunderbird . Or
for Thunderbird mail, you can use a product called TbAutosave .
Always there for Mozilla products MozBackup that stores everything you want where you want.
